We have good news to share! With your help, over the last 12 months we grew and cared for San Francisco's urban forest in a big way. What did that look like?

🌳 1,502 trees planted with the help of our amazing volunteers in neighborhoods across the city from the Tenderloin to the Sunset to the Bayview to the Lower Haight.

💚 2,598 tree care visits to young trees as part of our routine health assessments and in response to requests from the community.

💧1,200 trees watered weekly, on average, to ensure that the trees we plant survive and thrive.

⭐ 21 Green Crew and New Roots participants joining our workforce development programs.

⭐ 9 Green Crew and New Roots young adults finding full time employment (and we anticipate more will soon).

🌳 69 trees planted by our New Roots nursery workforce development program in the Tenderloin and SoMa neighborhoods. They also assisted with the operation of San Francisco's Street Tree Nursery.

🌳 Every week Green Crew members planting trees across the city and working with our team to assist in tree care while learning valuable job skills along the way.

📚 New curriculum being introduced across our workforce development programs that emphasizes financial literacy, communication, and interview preparedness alongside arboriculture and botany knowledge building.

As we reflect back on this past fiscal year, we're so grateful for your support. Together we greened our city for the benefit of generations of San Franciscans to come. We couldn't have done it without you!
