Forbright Bank : SoMa District Tree Planting

Welcome Forbright Bank volunteers! Join us to plant trees alongside community members. You will be led by experienced staff and volunteers in planting approximately 5 trees in small groups. Light lunch and snacks will be provided. 

The planting will be in the SoMa neighborhood and the exact location will be provided the week of the event.

Schedule

• 8:45am - 9:15am: Arrival and Check-In
• 9:15am: Welcome and Safety Speech 
• 9:30am: Break into Groups with Planting Leaders, Begin Working
• 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Return Tools (end time is subject to change depending on the last tree in the ground)
• After Planting Your Group's Trees: Lunch & Goodbyes 

Together, we will help expand the tree canopy coverage to provide the benefits of trees to our SoMa neighbors!
